Currently we are looking for following positions:

Character Animator
Experience – 2 to 7 years

Key Responsibilities:

To create character animations of the highest quality and consistent to the character’s personality, design and movement style.
The ability to meet project deadlines / milestones, as set by the Lead Animator and Production.
To understand and implement creative and technical feedback as per client and creative supervisor’s requirements.
Must be hungry to improve their creative and technical skills, learn new tools and applications, and flexible to adopt new workflows and processes.
Consistently meet project deadlines in a timely manner without compromising artistic integrity.
To collaborate effectively with creative leadership to understand character performance requirements and motivation.
Required Qualifications:
Outstanding demo reel demonstrating strong animation ability and good aesthetic eye.
An emphasis in character animation or equivalent work experience.
Thorough understanding and application of classic animation principles (staging, timing, anticipation, follow through, etc.).
Experience with motion capture will be an advantage.
Must love games and be enthusiastic about working on AAA game titles.
Professional experience developing third person action games is a plus
Strong traditional animation/art background
Exceptional skill in animating realistic human characters.
Exceptional skill in realistically animating human faces is an advantage.
Fluency in one or more of the major animation packages – skills in Motionbuilder an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills allowing effective collaboration with a wide variety of project staff.
Strong organisational, problem solving and time management skills.

CG Artist
Experience: 2 to 5 years

Key Responsibilities:
Create a variety of complex models of Props, Sets OR simple Characters /Blend shapes
Create models that align with artistic design/style; interprets art reference/art direction
Create a variety of complex textures/shaders of Props, Sets
Create textures that align with artistic design/style; interprets art reference/art direction
Must understand and follow the internal workflow/production pipeline.
Report to the Lead on the status of assignment on daily basis.
Regularly study and update one’s skills through self learning.
To produce the expected quality and timely delivery of “complex models of props, sets OR simple
characters/blend shapes” in the most efficient manner.
To produce the expected quality and timely delivery of “complex textures/shaders of props, sets OR simple characters” in the most efficient manner.
Can take creative decisions within the boundaries defined for assigned models by the TL’s, or consulting with the TL’s
Convey the important instructions relating to one’s files which are necessary to the next dept on handling over the file. (a foot note)

Required Qualification:

• Fine arts Background or Strong traditional art skills (Drawing or sculpting)
• Proficient in 3d software – 3DS Max
• Highly organized person, must be a team player and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Good communication skills in English (both oral and written)
• Must have a positive “can do” attitude, and willingness to learn
• Attention to details and essentials
• Shaders and concepts.
• Good Aesthetic / Technical Knowledge

Modeling Artist
Experience – 2 to 7 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Good Aesthetic / Technical Knowledge in Organic modeling

Texturing Artist
Experience – 2 to 7 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a variety of complex textures/shaders of Props, Sets
• Create textures that align with artistic design/style; interprets art reference/art direction.
• Report to the Lead on the status of assignment on daily basis.
• Must understand and follow the internal workflow/production pipeline.
• Regularly study and update ones skill set through self learning.
• To produce the expected quality and timely delivery of “complex textures/shaders of props, sets OR simple
Characters” in the most efficient manner.
• Can take creative decisions within the boundaries defined.
• Convey the important instructions relating to ones files which are necessary to the next dept on handling over
the file. (a foot note )
