1. Creative Head:

Desired Candidate Profile :
Software Knowledge of Photoshop, Premier, Dream Weaver, Flash, Web
Qualification: BFA, DFA, MFA, MBA/PGDBM IN ADVERTISING, BBA, BMM etc. Any other Multimedia related courses
Require Relevant Experience: Min 3 Years

Job Responsibilities :

Candidate should have good communication skills (written & oral)
Understanding client requirement
Planning all aspects of Project Development
Interacting with client
To be innovative & creative while designing structures
Contributing to the development of the project at planning, designing, development, and delivery using the technical and creative skills.
To handle client Meetings or delegate a capable Employee to represent in the meeting
To interact/coordinate with client and convince the client on the designs/works created by the team and ensure smooth delivery of the projects
Handling projects related to Marketing Communications and Information Visualization
Creative designing and theme conceptualization
Client interaction
Ownership of Projects
Project Management

2. Senior Client Relationship Executive:

Qualification: Graduate / Masters in – Computer Science / Tele Communication, Electronics, Information Science, Advertising, Media and Mass Communication
Require Relevant Experience: 2 plus Years of experience in Client Servicing / Sales / Customer Relationship Executive in Advertising / Media Industry

Job Responsibilities:

Design and manage key Customer Relationship Programs.
Manage research activities for new market opportunities, and related business strategy development
Manage Annual Retainer Package sales and marketing operations/team management.
Planning & Goal Setting
Successfully plan and implement marketing plans, resulting in identifying interested and qualified decision-makers, and building awareness for the company/services
Interact with clients and cater to their needs according to their requirement
Identify, secure, and manage partnerships with outside organizations and internal teams whose contributions will help create newer services and further enhance existing services.
Promotional activities
Target Oriented (Team & Individual)
Generating MIS reports on weekly basis on the team performance

3. Business Development Executive:

Qualification: Graduate / Masters in Computer Science / Tele Communication, Electronics, Information Science Plus Masters in Media and Communication.
Require Relevant Experience: 1 Year of Experience in Media industry

Job Responsibilities:

Design Marketing Strategies
Sending Introduction emails to prospective
Explore new Market Opportunities
Business Proposals
Warm call inquiries Attend meetings.
Shows demos and presentation.
Client Interaction and Relationship Building.
Generate Leads.
Follow up the inquiry, motivate towards a decision.
Prepare proposals and quotes.
Interaction with Project Manager & Client.
Deliver the project to clients satisfaction.
Preparing weekly-monthly-yearly reports.

4. Project Manager:

Require Relevant Experience: 1 Year of Experience in Media industry

Job Responsibilities:

Planning all aspects of Project Development
Managing the Teams efficiently and to ensure proper allocation of work is done.
Contributing to the development of the project at planning, designing, development, and delivery using the technical and creative skills.
Preparing the Team Activity Report on a Daily basis, weekly basis, and monthly basis and forwarding the same to the Director.
To handle client Meetings or delegate a capable Employee to represent in the meeting.
To interact/coordinate with the client and convince the client on the designs/works created by the team and ensure smooth delivery of the projects.
Coordination with Clients / Client Servicing (Business Development) & Team to ensure smooth flow of the project.
To Set Goals and get work was done by Team Leads/members in said time

To execute the projects as per contract schedule and conditions.
Effective coordination with customer and inter functions to resolve the issues during execution

5. Creative Content Writer:

Qualification: BA/MA/PGDBM/Journalism/Mass Communication.
Require Relevant Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in Advertising/Media Industry/AD agency/TV channels/Web Companies/PR Agency/ Corporate Communication Department

Job Responsibilities :

Should be able to write Creative Content for
Websites / Portals
Corporate presentations
TV ADs
Brochures, Posters, Leaflets, Advertisement
Campaigns
Animation Movies
Other communication documents
Good in conceptualizing and has a flair for the language
Understand and interpret brief for various marketing collaterals
Develop highly effective, original, persuasive and targeted marketing copy
Brainstorm visual and copy ideas with members of the design team to aid the creation of collaterals

6. 3D Artist:

Software Knowledge of 3Ds Max, V-Ray plug-in, Lighting, Rigging, Modelling, Architectural Work & Camera Animation
Qualification: BFA, DFA, Any Degree with Diploma in 3D Modeling & Animation
Require Relevant Experience: 1 Year

Job Responsibilities

Candidate should have good communication skills (written & oral)
Understanding client requirement
Planning the project
Modeling, Camera or object animation, Rendering
Interacting with client
Should be able to develop architectural walkthroughs (interior & Exteriors), architectural views, 3D simulations, 3D logo animations etc.
To be innovative & creative while designing structures
Through knowledge of drawings required for creating architectural models

7. Flash & Video Editor: Job code PULSITE 0016

Software Knowledge of Flash, Sound & Video Editing Software’s (Premier, Sound Forge, Sony Vegas, After Effects)
Qualification: BFA, DFA, Any Degree with Diploma in Multimedia
Require Relevant Experience: 1 Year

Job Responsibilities

Good hands on experience on Experience in video editing & movie making
Candidate should be able to analyze the client requirement
Should have good creative and visualization skills
Should have good communication skills ( written & oral )
Should be able to interact with the client
Should have good knowledge in Audio – video editing & visualization and Animation.
Digital Graphics, CBT Development, Interface Designing, audio and video editing, visualization, and Animation.
Multimedia presentation and Corporate Presentation
Candidate should be good at Voice-over integration, visual and interface design and Animations skills (Flash)
