What is Criticism?
Regardless of the kind of work you do, you should be able to handle Criticism Positively. Criticism is a state where one or both the parties do not agree to a particular design. It is similar to pain in the body which calls for attention and which calls for rectification.
Now, in the field of designing, especially, it becomes very difficult to please the client. Leave aside client, it is difficult to handle the design manager also.
Design manager is one person who is the best critique around you. His comments can make you cry out of laughter sometimes even though you are angry and frustrated. But as a designer, you should definitely not overreact and never be rude to him. There are a few things which you must never say to your design manager or your boss. Beware!!
